He has created improvement systems within Fortune 500 companies as well as in the Healthcare and Manufacturing industries. His unique approach to continuous improvement does not emphasize the classic Lean tools like 5S and Standard Work but instead emphasizes setting targets and systematically eliminating the problems preventing a team from reaching their target. At the core of this system is engagement with Team Members and empowering them to develop and implement solutions to the problems.
