How the Program Works
The CEO, Inc. Job Search Skills & Tools Workshops brings an individual together with a highly experienced staffing management Consultant to learn and practice the skills needed for a successful job search. The program consists of two parts, resume review/revisions and interviewing.
In the resume review, you will work with an expert-staffing Consultant to modify your current resume and create more powerful and dynamic resume(s) that demands a prospective employer's attention. You can also work with the Consultant to tailor your resume to appeal to specific industries.
In the interview portion of the program participants will learn and practice interview preparation and participation. Two mock interviews will be given with interview feedback provided after each. This critique will highlight specific actions the participant can take to improve their interview skills and have the biggest impact possible.
Both parts of the program will give the job hunter the skills and confidence they need when meeting with prospective employers. Our CEO Inc. Consultant has over 25 years corporate professional staffing management experience with several Fortune 500 companies including: General Electric, Honeywell, Sprint/Nextel, and Sodexho Marriott Management Services. Staffing responsibilities included engineering, I.T., sales, administration/management, and finance/accounting in the hi-tech, telecommunications and healthcare industries.
Fees for Program
The Job Search Skills & Tools Workshops fee includes:
- Resume critiques
- Tailoring up to three "winning" resumes to be industry specific
- 2 mock interviews with verbal and written feedback
- The fee for this program is $950.
