- CEOs and senior management who want a thought partner in being at the top of their game
Executive Coaching Partnership Program - What?
The program consists of:
- For CEO Coaching - an initial meeting with the CEO. For Senior Management - an initial meeting with the company sponsor (generally the executive's manager), the executive and the coach
- Two fundamental executive assessments. An Executive Skills 360 which identifies the executive's key strengths and allows the executive to target strategic goals and create a development plan. An Emergenetics Profile (this profile helps the executive increase their productivity and the productivity of their team)
- Selected interviews with the person's team and peers
- 8 hours of coaching the executive and their interface with their team in person- to geometrically accelerate performance
- Two interim meetings with the company sponsor and a final review
- Two phone coaching sessions per month for the period of 12 months
- Just in time leadership training and practice of leadership skills
- Unlimited access to leadership models, leadership tools, team building tools, and organizational development tools

- Director level and above
- Salary level of $100,000 or more

- Quarterly phone meetings with the leader's manager. The initial meeting establishes specific measurable goals and the interim meetings review outcomes and help direct the coaching.
- Two one hour meetings per month

- $795 per month plus an additional initial fee of $125 for the Emergenetics Profile - for 12 months of coaching
- $895 per month plus an additional initial fee of $125 for the Emergenetics Profile - for six months of coaching

Leadership Coaching Gym - Who
- This program can be utilized by an organization for individual contributors in key positions or for individual leaders who want to improve their leadership skills
Leadership Coaching Gym - What
The Leadership Coaching Gym offers flexibility and availability for when you need it most. Members may call or email a leadership coach anytime during gym hours. The calls can be spontaneous or scheduled to work on an immediate issue or the next step in improving leadership skills. The coaching provided through the Leadership Coaching Gym is intense and laser focused, it is intended to get to the heart of the issue quickly and help the leader initiate a plan of action. A minimum of time is taken out of a busy day.
The calls average out to one hour a month of coaching.
Leadership Coaching Gym Program - Fees
Monthly membership in the CEO, Inc Leadership Coaching Gym is $250 per month. Annual membership in the Leadership Coaching Gym is $200 per month, payable at the beginning of each month. Annual memberships save $600 over the monthl membership program.
